Every Fall, FASU gives away modest bursaries, available to students enrolled in FAH or VIS. There are two awards worth $500 each; one will go to a FAH student and one to a VIS student. To be eligible for this bursary you must:

a) be a full or part-time student who is either taking a major or specialist in Fine Art or Visual Studies.

b) have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (70%) and be in second, third or fourth year of your undergraduate degree.

c) demonstrate financial need as determined by being eligible for OSAP or the out of province equivalent (please include a photocopy of your OSAP assessment for 2008/09) OR provide a letter explaining why you have financial need.

d) write a one-page letter explaining your involvement in extra-curricular activities.

Application forms are available at the Fine Art office on the 6th Floor of Sidney Smith Hall or the Faculty Office on the second floor of 1 Spadina Cres. The 2008/2009 deadline for application is February 27th, 2009.
